I actually wanted to fast 2 days in a row but when I found out that I lost like 4 lbs/2kg in the first day I realized it's not necessary to fast another day. Additionally you shouldn't not eat during a diet ...

The things I ate today:

- some fruits +  low fat yoghurt
- 200g pickled herring

Guess my weight won't rise until tomorrow.
I need to iron a LOT today. Hope this will burn enough calories .___.
I still can't go for a run because of my cold >__>
Kinda frustrating :/


So now I'm doing researches in the internet about how to make some healthy wraps.
They look sooooo delicious *Q*.

I guess I'll make myself some wraps for a long school day ... 

I definitely need to change my eating habits >__> 
Guess how I lost weight ? I ate something sweet for breakfast (e.g. some toast with jam or something) and then I ate fruits for lunch. That's all I ate. 

I don't really want to be hungry, anymore >__> 

If someone of you know some interesting websites with heathy food recipes please let me know :)
