It's getting better

...MUCH better!

I finally found my old "eating-rhythm".
I don't eat a lot :)
I'm proud to say that I've only consumed around 500 kcal today :)
Okay....like 3 months ago I consumed maximum 200-300 kcal a day...but I think I'm on the best way to lose weight as fast as at the beginning of spring :)

Let me tell you  something:
I think it's pretty healthy to eat asian food and dishes etc. 
I mean...it's delicious and has less calories! I only eat asian dishes for like 1 month now and it works super perfect !
I'm preparing Tamago yaki every morning. Thats a japanese omelet which you have to roll like sushi. I eat one half in the morning and safe the rest for later when I'm hungry again. And it tastes really really good. 
You really need to try this out!
It's easy to make and on this way you can commit like 200 kcal daily. 
Well...I like it :)
