Today I really tryed hard not to eat. But I couldn't -.-
I really need to find my old rhythm !
Like 2 months ago I only commited like 300-400 kcal each day.
And I didn't wanted to eat .
So why am I eating NOW ?
I'm going to try a 'new experiment'.
No food for the next 4 days.

At the 5th day I'll go to cinema with my friends to watch Harry Potter 7 part 2.
I think I won't buy anything there .

After that we want to drink some cocktails. How much kcal contains a cocktail? Do you know ?
I just looked up at google ^^ : 100ml 'Sex on the beach' contains 72 kcal . I think that's acceptable .
So now my life changes. I'm confident everything will go well.
